Andy Keast heads up the London Irish community.
The newest member of the London Irish senior management team is Andy Keast, who is taking over the Head of Community role.
The Community role will see Andy Keast play an integral part in developing the profile of rugby and London Irish among future players and schools, clubs and the local community.
More and more emphasis is being placed on the Club’s Community team as a key part of searching for new talent and keeping the communities interests firmly away from football and squarely on the London Irish training ground.
There is more to rugby than what you see on the pitch, sports participation, sports related health benefits, education and social inclusion are vital to getting our young interested in Premiership Rugby.
Speaking about his new role, Andy Keast said, “I am delighted to be returning to London Irish. I have happy memories of my previous time there and am excited about the Club’s vision and direction for the future. I’ve seen from my experience in South Africa how important community engagement in sport can be and look forward to using that experience to enhance the good work already undertaken by the Club’s Community team.”
